I know it’s the middle of September, but have you caught the Halloween bug yet? I know that for many people, Halloween is their favorite holiday. If you’re one of those people, then this spooky Halloween garland by Lindsay from Frenchie. I got to meet Lindsay briefly at SNAP! (in the sewing room) and we’ve gotten to know each other better since then through a blog group. I love her passion, her creativity, and her wire head wraps!

I’m so excited to finally get to be here with you all on Lisa’s blog. I’ve been loving reading Mabey She Made It for almost a year now and Lisa is so creative in all that she does! Let me introduce myself, I’m Lindsay and I blog at Frenchie. I blog about DIY, crafts, parties and lifestyle – I also have some killer giveaways so it helps to follow me as well! I started my business over a year ago making wire headwraps and that lead me into blogging. I still do my hair accessories but blogging is now my main priority and I love it!
I’m going to show you today how I made this super easy Halloween garland with my Cricut Explore and my sewing machine. I chose the shapes of a pumpkin, skeleton and a cat in the Cricut Design Space and set it to cut out at 2.5″ and 3″ depending on the shape. You definitely don’t need an electronic cutter for this or a sewing machine. You can go to your local scrap-booking store and ask to use their die cutting machine. You can also use glue and just adhere it to some twine. I took the fast and easy way by having this all electronically done!
That was all it took. I swagged my Halloween garland onto my entertainment center in however I desired, just messy is how I like it to look. I love the look it’s added to my house and I can’t believe how easy it was!
I want to thank Lisa for letting me be here and I’d love for you guys to check me out on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest. I’m also apart of the Cricut Blogger Network and I am competing in their Next Design Space Star Challenge and would love for you to come check out my site to come see my projects! Thanks so much!
XOXO, Lindsay
