Project Run & Play: Season 16

I am so so excited about being a designer for Season 16 of Project Run & Play. I’ve honestly been following along since Season 1 and always thought it would be an amazing thing to be part of. And now I get to play along with five other impressive designers. It’s going to be so much fun and a stretch for my creative brain! You can see all the designers here.

Since you may not be familiar with how Project Run & Play works, I’ll give you a little rundown since YOU get to help with the judging!

  • A panel of past PR&P designers (now judges) get 33% of each week’s vote. You can see the judges and read a bit about them here. It’s an impressive list!
  • A celebrity guest judge (new each week) also gets 33% of the final vote.
  • And reader voting accounts for the final 33% of the final scores given (this is your part!).

Voting goes from Tuesday to Thursday each week (it’s a 4-week competition).  It’s always so fun to see how each of the designers interpreted the theme. Voting happens at Project Run & Play and you get one vote per IP address per week, so choose your absolute favorite. And make sure you visit each designer’s blog for all the details. The winner for the week is announced on Friday each week.

You also have the option to sew along and win prizes, so check it out!

The first theme was announced today, so head over, and then tomorrow you’ll get to see the first looks! I hope you’ll have as much fun with Project Run & Play as I have had (and please vote!).

How fun. Unfortunately, I don’t have free time this week to play along. But I would love to see how everyone’s version of circus related items comes out. Are you going to give us a link when it all comes down to voting? Thank you and much luck. 😉
